SETTING UP YOUR SALE
The minimum time frame we need to set up and effectively advertise your sale is 2 weeks. That means if we sign a contract today, the minimum time frame until the first day of your sale is 14 calendar days from today. If you need it gone quicker, please explore our BUY OUT or CLEAN OUT options. The average single family home sale takes about 2-3 days to set up and price. Our team enters complete with all of the tables, lighting, and displays you are going to need to have an effective sale. We literally transform your home into a store. The set up, pricing, and sale structure are some of the key elements for you to get the maximum dollars for your estate items.

| ADVERTISING YOUR SALE
One of the biggest advantages Estate Clear has as a company is our ability to effectively advertise your sale. And of course, any advantage we have, your sale will also have. Being that we are part of several networks and major advertising firms, you will litterally have a line down the block at your sale.
Moreover, we have a very large following of loyal buyers, collectors, dealers, and appraisors who know our quality and services. Our list of contacts becomes your list of contacts. None of our competitors can boast the following and network we have put together over the years. It has taken us years of doing good business throughout the midwest to build our loyal fan base. That right there is one of the major advantages you will have in holding a successful sale with us.

| DURING YOUR SALE
Depending on the size and structure of your sale per our professional advise, your average sale is 2 - 3 days long, on either a Friday and Saturday, Saturday and Sunday, or Friday - Sunday, from as early as 8 a.m., to as late as 5 p.m. Those type of decisions will be discussed and finalized prior to the advertising, as once the sale is advertised, we are all held to it.
Things can get pretty intense during a sale, especially on the morning of the first day. Lines, bargain hunters negotiating, people trying to get to that treasured item before anyone else... As a result, it's really easy to turn into a hurdle potentially adding confusion. For this, we usually insist that our clients are not present during sale hours. However, after closing we encourage you to drop in and discuss the day.

| AFTER YOUR SALE
Depending on what other services you require of us such as a complete CLEAN OUT, it's time to clean up and for everyone to get paid. At the end of the sale we like to clear out as quickly as possible retreiving our tables, and any extra lighting and displays we set up, then get everyone paid. On average, it takes 3-4 business days for checks and credit cards to clear. Once this happens, you will be delivered or mailed your contractual divedends from your sale. VIOLA! Another successful sale accomplished. All thats left for you to do is tell your friends and family how AWESOME of a job we did, and how you completely recomend and endorse us.
